Brief Description of the Work undertaken by BEC Group

Design and Build 250 apartments and 94 villas, club house, STP, external infrastructure works for Roads, landscaping utilities, etc. Built-up area for the project – 52,000m2 with frame structure buildings, precast roof elements. Logistics for project involves construction / maintenance of camp facilities for 2,000 persons with recreation, catering, laundry, STP etc.

STP Scope: Design & Build 250m3/day MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Film Reactor) using ANOX KALDNESS media followed by media filtration and chlorination. Treated water is used for landscaping and gardening.
