Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Free Water Knock Out Tank and Water Disposal Facilities at Nimr Production Station

Salient Features

• 39 metres dia x 10 metres high Concentric Tank
• Modifications to inlet manifold, Disposal manifolds, Emulsion transfer systems, Fuel gas/Blanket gas system. This involves piping of dia metres ranging from 52” to ½” of CS, SS-316 and CS Coated Pipes
• Erection of new Emulsion Transfer Pumps and interconnection to existing system
• Modifications to existing FWKO Tank outlet water lines
• Modifications to existing FWKO Bund Walls
• Complete Civil Works relating to new FWKO Tank and Emulsion Pumps
• Electrical works related to FWKO Tank and Emulsion Pumps
• Instrumentation Works including modifications and extension to DCS, SGS and GFS Systems
