BEC executed mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation (MEI) works for Duqm Refinery Project, including Packages 02 and 04. The scope covered structural erection, mechanical alignment, piping fabrication, testing, and instrument calibration. BEC also managed telecommunication setup and protective coating works. The team’s systematic approach ensured safe, timely delivery for one of Oman’s largest refinery developments.
