BEC Group executed the design, supply, construction, and commissioning of the 132/11kV Khazan Substation for Meraas at Citywalk. The project included 8-bay 132kV GIS, 50MVA transformers, shunt reactor, capacitor banks, and 52 km of cabling. Scope covered HVAC, fire protection, FPS, telecom, and SCADA  systems. Delivered in compliance with DEWA specifications, the substation enhanced power reliability for the Citywalk urban development and demonstrated BEC’s ability to integrate advanced E&I systems in metropolitan settings.
