BEC provided complete facilities management services for PDO estates, supporting HVAC cooling of 15,000 TR, multiple substations, and extensive electrical installations totalling 25 MW. The scope included elevator maintenance, standby generators, water networks, waste water treatment plants, and sports and community infrastructure. BEC delivered continuous operational reliability through building electrical maintenance, pumping systems, and critical utilities support, ensuring stable functioning of residential and commercial estate facilities.
