BEC Group delivered a full MEP and district cooling package for Oman’s largest shopping mall, based on a design-and-build concept. The 12,500 TR chiller plant included water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, and multiple power distribution stations supporting a total demand of 50.2 MVA. The scope also covered internal HVAC, electrical, potable water, fire-fighting, TSE RO, grey water treatment, LPG, IT, and security systems throughout the three-level mall. BEC additionally supported the mall’s car park infrastructure, providing approximately 5,200 vehicle spaces. The company continues to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services, ensuring long-term reliability of the MEP and district cooling systems.
