The project, with a built-up area of 27,500 sqm, comprises 248 guest keys supported by high-performance building services infrastructure. The scope included chilled water distribution and air distribution systems to ensure efficient climate control across the property, along with comprehensive MV/LV electrical works to support the hotel’s operational demands. In addition, BEC executed complete plumbing, firefighting, and LPG systems, aligned with international safety and hospitality standards. The integrated MEP solutions were designed to deliver optimal performance, energy efficiency, and guest comfort, supporting the hotel’s positioning as a premium offering within Muscat’s luxury hospitality landscape.
