BEC Group executed the Al Hail Greens Residential Development (Phase I), covering townhouses, villas, clubhouses, and service buildings with complete civil and  MEP works. The project included over 101,000 sqm of built-up area featuring 14 apartment blocks, 15 townhouses, and 11 villas. External works included car parking, road networks, stormwater systems, sewage, and landscaping. The development showcases BEC’s ability to deliver integrated residential communities, combining modern living spaces with robust infrastructure and quality finishes.
