BEC  delivered the Al Masarra 250-bed specialty hospital, providing civil works and specialist MEP systems, including 11 air-cooled chillers, medical gases, extensive low-current networks, and a 33kV primary substation. Water and wastewater scope included a 400 m3/day activated sludge STP with multimedia filtration and disinfection for reuse. Facilities management deliverables covered HVAC, BMS, UPS, lifts, biomedical equipment support and laundry systems. The project combined clinical infrastructure with resilient utilities to meet Ministry of Health standards and ongoing FM requirements.
