BEC Group executed the complete design and construction of the district cooling plant at Al Mouj Muscat, including plant buildings, chillers, cooling towers, and all associated MEP works. The project featured a 7,500 TR capacity central cooling plant, expandable to 20,000 TR. Additionally, BEC handled the supply and installation of 292 elevators in multiple phases. The company also undertook the plant’s operation and maintenance, ensuring energy-efficient cooling and seamless service delivery for the premium mixed-use development in Muscat.
