BEC Group executed the design and construction of luxury villas and a clubhouse under the Dar Aminah project for Bahwan Holding. The villas, ranging from 250  to 500 m², featured reinforced concrete structures, premium finishes, central air-conditioning, and landscaped surroundings. The scope included utilities, soft and hard landscaping, and internal and external works. The project combined aesthetic appeal with superior construction quality, reflecting BEC’s ability to deliver elegant residential communities.
