BEC Group executed the design and build of 250 apartments, 94 villas, and a clubhouse for Duqm Frontier Township. The project included external infrastructure such as roads, landscaping, utilities, and an STP with a 250  m³/day MBBR system. The built-up area covered 52,000 m². Logistics involved camp facilities for 2,000 residents. The project showcases BEC’s integrated delivery of large residential developments with sustainable water recycling systems.
