BEC Group constructed a 380-bed General Hospital at Sur, delivering full civil works and specialised MEP for clinical and accommodation blocks. The project included 12 air-cooled chillers, medical gases, nurse call, vacuum and compressed air systems, CSSD, laboratory fit-out, kitchen and laundry equipment, steam and heating systems, standby generators and UPS, and a 33kV  primary substation. Comprehensive low-current systems, fire-fighting, water and waste water treatment, and medical waste handling were integrated. BEC’s healthcare delivery expertise ensured compliance with clinical standards and operational readiness.
