BEC Group carried out complete MEP works for the Muscat City Centre retail development. The project covered central chiller systems, power distribution,  HVAC, and fire safety for Carrefour and anchor stores. Facilities management included chillers, BMS, waste water, and water treatment plants. The 60,000 sqm mall with multi-level parking exemplifies BEC’s expertise in retail infrastructure and long-term maintenance solutions.
