BEC Group delivered a full district cooling and MEP package for Tilal Complex, Oman, based on a design-and-build concept. The 7,500 TR plant included water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, and a primary substation. The scope also covered internal HVAC and electrical works up to the podium level. BEC installed 26 elevators, 8 escalators, and 8 trav-o-lators, forming the largest transport system in the facility. The company continues to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the district cooling plant, ensuring long-term reliability.
