BEC Group constructed the 240-bed New General Hospital at Ibra, delivering complete civil works and specialised MEP services for clinical and staff accommodation blocks. The project included 12 air-cooled chillers (150 TR  each), medical gas systems, nurse call, vacuum and compressed air systems, kitchen and laundry equipment, incinerators, boilers, standby generators, and UPS systems. Low current systems, fire alarm, structured cabling, and operation theatre surgical panels were implemented. The project also comprised 15 km of incoming water supply piping and integrated STP and wastewater treatment facilities for hospital operations.
