BEC Group delivered the Qalhat Housing Complex, constructing managers’ villas, family villas, mosque, imam’s residence, commercial centre, and recreation facilities, including a swimming pool, multipurpose hall, and gymnasium. External works included landscaping, roads, car parks, gatehouse, tennis court, and an STP. BEC also provided facilities management services post-construction. The integrated package addressed residential comfort, community amenities, and utility services to support sustainable living for the development’s residents and management.
