BEC Group completed full MEP and elevator works for Qurum City Centre, including  HVAC, electrical, and fire systems. The project featured centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, and passenger elevators, escalators, and trav-o-lators. Facilities management included BMS, generators, water treatment, and drainage systems. The project reinforced BEC’s leadership in modern retail and mixed-use development construction and operation.
