BEC Group constructed the Royal Tulip Hotel and Apartments in Muscat, delivering approximately 24,870 m² of built-up area, including 187 hotel rooms and 27 suites. The works involved deep basement construction with shoring piles, extensive dewatering, mass earthworks, structural and architectural finishes,  specialist MEP systems, lifts, and interior fit-outs. Project components included public areas, ballrooms, kitchens, back-of-house, and rooftop pool and plantrooms. BEC’s execution addressed high-density site constraints through meticulous planning and temporary works to ensure structural safety and timely completion.
