BEC Group executed the Seawater Intake & Return System for Sohar Industrial Area on an EPC basis. The project included onshore and offshore civil, electrical, and mechanical works for seawater pumping stations, electro-chlorination plant, and 33 kV substation. Offshore works involved breakwater and dredging. The facility supplies cooling water to multiple industrial units in Sohar. BEC’s execution ensured high reliability, efficiency, and seamless integration with other utilities within the region’s growing industrial hub.
